Sungrow FPV participated in the 18th AsiaSolar Forum on Solar & Energy Storage Innovation, which kicked off in Changsha on October 12. The company was honored with the "2023 China Floating PV Industry Leader" award, thanks to its strong research and development expertise and product innovation.

The "2023 China Floating PV Leading Enterprise" award recognizes companies with outstanding overall performance in the floating PV sector, based on criteria such as industry strength and product innovation. After a rigorous multi-stage selection process, Sungrow FPV stood out and secured the honor, underscoring its robust capabilities and significant industry influence.

At the sub-forum on new PV technologies, products, equipment, and tracking systems, Wu Hao, Director of Sungrow FPV, presented a keynote on "Full-Scenario Floating PV System Solutions." He noted that the company's strong product performance is driven by innovation, with a consistent focus on reliability and safety. Through dedicated patent development, Sungrow FPV has secured over 200 patents in areas such as system design, materials, array structures, and anchoring systems as of mid-2023. Its full-scenario solutions are tailored for demanding sites—including deep-water zones with large level variations, unstable subsidence areas, typhoon-prone and high-wind regions, frigid climates, and highly corrosive salt-spray environments—and have earned strong recognition from both industry peers and customers.

Sungrow FPV plans to increase its investment of research and development and continue providing efficient, reliable floating PV products for a wide range of scenarios. The company will also collaborate with more supply chain partners to contribute to the industry and support the green and low-carbon energy transition.
