On October 27, the 8th Asia Clean Energy Summit (ACES) was held in Singapore. Sasha, Country Manager of Sungrow FPV, attended the summit and delivered a speech, sharing with the attendees the company's project experience across various specialized application scenarios in Asia and Europe, as well as its research progress in anchoring standard development, nearshore floating technology, and wave resistance technology.

The Asia Clean Energy Summit is a leading forum and exhibition in Asia, focused on clean energy-related technologies, policies, and finance. This year's summit was hosted by the Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore (SEAS) and received strong support from Singaporean government agencies, research institutions, and the clean energy industry.

As a pioneer in large-scale floating PV systems and the world's first GW-level floating PV system supplier, Sungrow FPV was deeply involved in this summit. According to Sasha, Sungrow FPV's anchoring system design methodology has been verified and recognized by DNV, and the company will lead the development of the world's first industry standard for floating PV anchoring design. Projects such as the 13 MW acidic water mining lake project in Malaysia, the 60 MW drinking water reservoir project in Singapore, and the 58.5 MW hydropower reservoir project in Thailand have been operating successfully, with Sungrow FPV providing strong guarantees in terms of environmental friendliness, safety, power generation returns, and bankability.

Global floating PV is developing rapidly. According to forecasts by authoritative institutions, the cumulative global installed capacity is expected to exceed 15 GW by 2025. Countries including South Korea, India, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam have plans to build GW-scale floating PV plants. As a technology leader in the PV niche sector, Sungrow FPV will continue to increase its R&D investment, lead the development of floating PV technology, and contribute to global carbon neutrality.
