Yu Jun, Senior Engineer for Overseas Solutions, detailed the company's system offerings for the Philippines. He explained that Sungrow FPV has been actively cultivating the local market, developing a deep understanding of customer requirements, and adapting its technology and products to local conditions to deliver tailored solutions. To address the region's high-wind environment, the company has developed robust floating and mooring solutions with superior wind resistance, validated through stringent tests to ensure system reliability and safety.

The Philippines is currently advancing its renewable energy transition plan. The National Renewable Energy Program (NREP) issued by the Philippine Department of Energy has set a target for renewable energy generation to reach 50% by 2040. According to S&P Global, the compound annual growth rate (CAGR) for floating PV in the Philippines over the next five years is projected to be approximately 24%.
