On June 4, Sungrow FPV held a new product launch event in Malaysia under the theme "FLOATING TO SUSTAINABLE FUTURE," officially introducing the SGF-PT60 to the Southeast Asian market. Five major technological breakthroughs directly address the region's core market demands.

High Installation Efficiency

By innovatively adopting the "one float, two modules" structure, the system reduces six bolt connection points. The three-point anchoring system reduces anchoring nodes by 20%, increasing installation efficiency by 10%. 

High system capacity 

Optimized arrangement of dual-row modules reduces spacing between modules, increasing system capacity by 12%, and quad-row configurations boost capacity by 7%, maximizing the utilization of limited water resources. 

High Connection Strength

The north-south three-point anchoring design enhances the tensile strength of each anchoring point by 20%, significantly improving the system's resistance to wind and waves. 

High Tilt Consistency

Multiple rows of modules are installed on a common plane, combined with optimized buoyancy design. The tilt angle deviation is controlled within ±1°, effectively avoiding shading and power mismatch, ensuring stable power generation. 

Flexible Cabling Solutions

Supports north-south, east-west, or hybrid cabling layouts, adapting to complex water body shapes and array densities. The system optimizes cable routing to minimize line losses as much as possible. 

The launch event featured continuous in-depth technical sharing. Justin Sim, President of the Malaysian Photovoltaic Industry Association, attended the event and stated that Malaysia has a photovoltaic market potential of 26.9 GW, but current development is less than 9 GW. He expressed hopes to collaborate with Risen Sungrow FPV solutions to promote high-quality development of the local floating PV industry.
